Each athlete must pay the registration fee of EUR €400.
*For three (3) invitational athletes from IFBB and World Champions of 2022 no registration fee is required.
All IFBB ELITE PRO competitors from ALL OVER THE WORLD, who have the Elite Pro Cards in order, are eligible to
compete in this IFBB Elite Pro competition by sending request of approval to the IFBB Elite Pro Office in Madrid :

The declaration should include:
- Name, date and place of contest
- Given name + family name of the competitor
- Date of Birth
- Represented country (passport copy)
- Category
- Email address and mobile phone number
The Athlete need to register also in the IFBB Elite Pro system:

The final decision to allow an athlete to compete in this event rests with the IFBB Elite Pro.
Each athlete should have at the registration:
- ID Document or passport
- IFBB Elite Pro Card
- Music on USB Drive. The posing music must be the only track on USB, ready to be played, kindly use MP3 file format.
- Posing music for Bodybuilding and Classic Physique is 2 minutes
- Each competitor must affix his name on the USB Drive for easy identification.
- The use of profane, vulgar, and offensive language is strictly prohibited in the posing music.
IFBB Elite Pro Judges should declare their readiness to work at this Elite Pro Event by sending a request to the IFBB Elite Pro Head Office by email : info@eliteprocard.com
Please send us the following information:
• Contest name, date and place, judge would like to work at.
• The name and surname of a judge (with passport or ID copy)
• Represented country (passport drawer)
• Passport or ID number
• Current place of Stay (address)
• Email Address and mobile phone number.
After the deadline, the Elite Pro Head Office will analyze submitted request and will compose the panel, taking into account the place of the contest and location of judges. Then, the Elite Pro Office will inform selected judges on the final decision and participation conditions. All IFBB Elite Pro Judges must have a valid IFBB Elite Pro Judge’s Cards with the IFBB Elite Pro yearly judges of fee of 150 € (Euros) paid for the current year.
This fee may be paid through the Elite Pro website by PayPal : https//eliteproifbb.com/annual-membership Or also at the EVENT at the Team Managers and Judges Meeting. Any absences at this meeting will not be allowed to judge at this Elite Pro Event.

Cameras and/or video tape equipment shall be strictly prohibited in the backstage and/or dressing room areas except when used by the IFBB Elite Pro authorized media person and, in any EVENT, these devices shall be strictly prohibited in the dressing room area.
The IFBB has banned all tans that can be wiped off. An official will check the tan of all athletes backstage and if the tan comes off by simply wiping, the athlete will be told to remove the tan before going on stage.
